About the Role

We are looking for a Solar Technician to support the installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems. Freshers with an ITI/Diploma in Electrical or related fields are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Install and commission solar panels and related electrical systems.
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of solar PV systems.
Troubleshoot electrical and solar system issues.
Check and maintain inverters, cables, connectors, junction boxes, and wiring.
Conduct site visits for installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Follow electrical and workplace safety procedures.
Maintain service reports and update work status.
Coordinate with the service/operations team for resolving technical issues.
Ensure proper functioning and performance of installed solar systems.

Requirements




ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in solar, electrical, field service, or maintenance.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications can apply.
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, testing, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of solar PV systems and inverters is an advantage.
Willingness to travel to customer/site locations within Bengaluru.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/mandatory, depending on field requirements.
