Job Summary

Nurturers is looking for a compassionate and motivated Special Needs Educator to provide individualized educational and developmental intervention for children with special needs.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct individualized 1:1 educational intervention sessions.
Develop and implement individualized learning goals and intervention plans.
Work on school readiness, pre-academic skills, functional academics, attention, instruction following, concept development and independent learning.
Adapt teaching strategies and learning materials according to each child's needs.
Track and document progress and maintain session records.
Communicate with parents and provide home-based learning strategies.
Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Psychologists and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Participate in case discussions,



assessments and progress reviews.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Special Education or relevant field.
RCI-recognized qualification/registration preferred, where applicable.
0–3 years of experience; freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome.
Valuable understanding of child development and special educational needs.
Robust communication, observation and documentation skills.
Patient, empathetic and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
