We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Educator to join our multidisciplinary team and support children with developmental and learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct educational assessments and identify individual learning needs.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on each child’s needs.
Work with children with Autism, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, Learning Disabilities, Down Syndrome, and developmental delays.
Focus on academic skills, communication, attention, cognition, and functional learning.
Use structured, play-based, and individualized teaching strategies.
Work on pre-academic, academic, social, and daily living skills.
Track and document each child’s progress.
Communicate with parents and provide guidance for home-based learning.
Coordinate with Behaviour Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Physiotherapists as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: ₹10,079.90 - ₹18,000.00 per month
