Roles & Responsibilities
Perform kit verification and BOM verification whenever assigned.
Select, prepare, and place components as per BOM.
Perform component forming and assembly independently.
Perform both through-hole (TH) and basic SMD hand soldering as per work instructions.
Ensure products meet Q3 and Q4 quality requirements.
Identify soldering defects and perform basic rework when authorized. • Ensure production schedules are achieved within planned timelines. • Report equipment or tooling issues to the supervisor.
Maintain required production documents and records.
Achieve monthly productivity targets as per work-hour standards.
Follow ESD, IPC, quality, and safety standards.
Support current associates whenever required.
