We are looking for a highly experienced QA Automation Engineer with solid expertise in both Manual Testing and Selenium Automation using Java . The ideal candidate should have experience in designing automation frameworks, executing end-to-end testing, and ensuring software quality across complex enterprise applications. Experience in the Semiconductor domain is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and functional requirements and create comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Build, enhance, and maintain Selenium-based automation frameworks using Java.
- Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and End-to-End testing.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Develop reusable automation scripts and improve test coverage.
- Participate in Sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospective meetings.
- Generate test execution reports and communicate testing status to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and drive QA best practices.

Required Skills

- 8-12 years of overall QA experience with strong Manual and Automation testing expertise.




- Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Good experience in TestNG/JUnit frameworks.
- Experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks such as POM, Hybrid, or Data-Driven frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java concepts including Collections, Exception Handling, OOPs, Multithreading basics, and File Handling.
- Experience with Maven/Gradle build tools.
- Experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to improve testing productivity, automation development, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the Semiconductor domain.
- Exposure to enterprise applications and complex business workflows.
- Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Experience leading QA activities and mentoring automation teams.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics,



Information Technology, or a related field.
