Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students in IT and technology-related subjects.

- Deliver training on programming, software development, databases, and other relevant IT technologies.

- Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.

- Provide hands-on demonstrations and guide students through real-world projects.

- Assess students through tests, assignments, projects, and practical evaluations.

- Identify individual learning gaps and provide appropriate guidance and support.

- Keep training content updated according to current industry practices and technology trends.

- Mentor students on project development, problem-solving, coding practices, and career readiness.

- Support students in preparing for technical interviews and industry-oriented assessments.

- Maintain student attendance, performance records, and training-related documentation.

- Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to improve student outcomes.

Mandatory Skills

- Solid knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C,



C++, or JavaScript.

- Knowledge of SQL and Database Management Systems.

- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

- Basic knowledge of Web Development and software development concepts.

- Ability to conduct practical coding sessions and troubleshoot programming issues.

- Good understanding of software development and coding standards.

- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or other modern web technologies.

- Knowledge of Git/GitHub and basic software development workflows.

- Exposure to AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, or emerging technologies is an added advantage.

- Experience in handling student projects or industry-oriented training programs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
