REQUIREMENT SUMMARY The Senior IT Talent Acquisition specialist will be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our organization based in Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune. With a focus on contract-to-hire (C2H) positions, this role is crucial in driving the recruitment strategy and ensuring the acquisition of high-caliber candidates.

2-4 years of experience in IT talent acquisition, with a focus on contract-to-hire positions.

Proven experience in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage candidate relationships effectively.

Experience in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and offer-to-join ratios.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.

Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing in the ITES sector.

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality IT talent for contract-to-hire positions.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, assessing, and coordinating interviews efficiently.

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from the first touchpoint to the offer stage.

Conduct offer discussions, negotiations, and manage closures effectively.

Track and report hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, conversion ratios, and offer-to-join ratios to optimize recruitment processes.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Drive employer branding and hiring campaigns to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
