We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Engineer cum Administrator to manage and maintain the organisation's IT infrastructure while providing administrative support for technology operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware, software, networks, security systems, and IT-related administrative tasks, contributing to efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, software applications, and network devices.

- Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

- Administer Microsoft 365, email systems, user accounts, and access permissions.

- Monitor and maintain network performance, server availability, and data backup procedures.

- Implement and uphold IT security measures, including antivirus, firewall,



and access control policies.

- Maintain IT asset inventories, software licences, and system documentation.

- Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and support services.

- Assist in planning and implementing IT projects, upgrades, and improvements.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, cybersecurity, and backup solutions.

- Robust troubleshooting, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
