The IT Administrator ensures that internal technology infrastructure runs reliably, securely, and efficiently. This role involves daily technical support, system maintenance, and proactive security management.

Key Responsibilities

- Infrastructure Maintenance: Configure, monitor, and maintain servers, local networks (LAN/WAN), and cloud services.
- Hardware & Software Management: Install, upgrade, and repair desktop computers, peripherals, and enterprise applications.
- User & Access Management: Create and remove user accounts, manage permissions, and handle employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Security & Backups: Implement firewalls, enforce security access controls, and execute routine data backups and disaster recovery plans.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connection issues reported through the company ticket system.

Pay: From ₹2,500.00 per hour Expected hours: 48.0 per week
