Stores In-Charge EMS

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day stores and inventory operations.
Handle material inward, GRN, storage, issue and dispatch.
Maintain accurate physical and ERP stock records.
Manage electronic components, PCBs, SMD/THT components and consumables.
Ensure FIFO, proper labelling, traceability and 5S.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality and Planning teams.
Conduct stock verification, reconciliation and inventory audits.
Prepare stores MIS and inventory reports.
Supervise store staff and ensure smooth material flow to production.

Requirements:
10–15 years of experience in Stores/Inventory, preferably in EMS/electronics manufacturing.
Knowledge of ERP, inventory management and MS Excel.
Robust understanding of electronic components and material handling.
Valuable communication, coordination and team-management skills.
