Job Purpose The Supervision Engineer will be responsible for civil site execution, RCC implementation, quality supervision, and monitoring of construction activities at tower building projects. The role will ensure that site work, materials, and execution are carried out as per required quality and project standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor RCC and civil construction activities at the project site.
Ensure proper execution and implementation of structural and civil works.
Monitor site quality and ensure adherence to required construction standards.
Check and monitor the quality and actual usage of site materials.
Prepare, read, and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Use AutoCAD for drawings, site requirements, and execution-related activities.
Monitor construction progress and coordinate with site teams for timely execution.




Identify site-level issues and support their timely resolution.
Maintain proper site execution and quality-related records.

Candidate Profile
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
4 5 years of relevant site execution experience.
Age: 25 – 32 years.
Robust hands-on experience in tower building site execution and RCC works.
Valuable knowledge of BBS and AutoCAD.
Solid understanding of site quality monitoring and material usage.
