Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas.
Allocate duties and supervise housekeeping staff.
Inspect rooms and common areas as per hotel standards.
Coordinate with Front Office for room status, arrivals, and departures.
Coordinate with Maintenance for room repairs and defects.
Manage linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and inventory.
Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints.
Prepare staff rosters and monitor attendance and grooming.
Train and guide housekeeping staff.
Ensure proper implementation of hotel SOPs and safety standards.
Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and Lost & Found items.
