Your Role

In this role, you will:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in Plastic & Sheet product design and development using Creo.



Experience in High Sensors, voltage connectors, Relays, Switches or Functional Plastic parts design is preferred.
Hands on experience in Creepage and Clearance analysis and Insulation Coordination
Drive New product development from Requirements to Production release.
Identifying suitable materials for specific mechanical components based on mechanical properties, environmental conditions, and cost considerations.
Perform DFMA (Plastic, Machining, Stamping) analysis.
Apply GD&T; and perform Tolerance stack-up analysis for components/Sub-system.
Create SFMEA, DFMEA and identify relevant product Hazardous, Cause and mitigation plan. Transferring the mitigation plan into CTQ and CTF’s.
Positive in Plastics and Sheet metal stamping design and development.
Create Manufacturing drawings and Assembly drawings with exploded views, BOM and Assembly Instruction etc.
