Role & responsibilities
Ensure timely completion of HR Operations services such as Employee code creation, On-boarding, Off-boarding, employee relation's clusters by ensuring people, structures, processes & systems are aligned to deliver key objectives efficiently & effectively.
Ensure data quality while maintaining & protecting confidential data with utmost scrutiny & judgment.
Collation of SHPL attendance & other inputs for payroll processing, disbursements as per SLA, administer PF/ESI/ LWF/Group Medical/Food Voucher payment & complete documentation.
Drive Suguna Group entities payroll process as per SOP to validate & confirm payroll details.
Maintain high standard of accuracy & quality, taking accountability for compliance with relevant legal & Suguna Group policy requirements.
Support in HR policy communication to all Subsidiaries & drive awareness sessions for better understanding.
Conduct HR audit exercise & present risk mitigation plan/corrections across all subsidiaries.
Handle expatriate management of employees & ensure completed statutes in collaboration with the entity HR team.




Support Training & Development initiatives regarding payroll, taxation, perks management, HRMS usage, etc., from time to time.

Support Head - C&B; in increments, bonus, incentives, special rewards, group insurance renewals, conducting the market benchmarking surveys, HRMS implementation, HR Analytics, Dashboard & any other need based special projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential:
2+ years of experience in HR Operations & Payroll
Working exposure to HRMS platforms
Robust analytical and multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High proficiency in MS Excel

Desirable:
Experience in HRMS implementation
Exposure to matrix organisation structures
HR Analytics experience
Experience in policy formulation and documentation
