360° understanding of Sales Process- Lead Generation, Negotiation,
Agreement/Contracts & Closures.
Should be able to turnaround Business quickly, need to have proven track record in Sales of IT Recruitment & Staffing Services.
Must have worked with and executed High Value Contracts in Key Accounts.
Should have positive database of Potential clients for immediate business conversions.
Should be Excellent at Lead Generation & Business development.
Shall be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating Sales
Strategies to close target driven business.
Will be given Revenue based targets and additional Performance Incentives
