Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, in accordance with standard accounting frameworks.
General Ledger &
Reconciliations:

Maintain the general ledger, post journal entries, and perform thorough monthly account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
Month-End Close: Lead and streamline month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes to reduce reporting lead times.
Audits &
Compliance:

Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare requisite documentation, and enforce adherence to GAAP and regional tax standards (including GST, TDS, and statutory filings where applicable).
Budgeting &
Variance Analysis:

Analyze budget-to-actual variances, forecast operational expenditures, and deliver actionable insights to assist management with financial decision-making.
Team Guidance &
Leadership:

Mentor, review work, and provide day-to-day operational guidance to staff and junior accountants.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
