Role & responsibilities
Perform regular reconciliation of company ledger vs. customer ledger across multiple online and offline sales channels.
Identify and resolve discrepancies relating to sales, collections, credit notes, discounts, schemes, deductions and outstanding balances.
Coordinate with customers, sales teams and internal departments to investigate and close reconciliation differences.
Preferred candidate profile
Robust understanding of accounting and reconciliations.
Valuable Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic data analysis
Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of transactions, Valuable coordination and follow-up skills
Experience in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce or Quick Commerce accounting is needed
