Role Purpose
Ensure Board KPI is driven in each channel / Zone through Chief of sales
Ensure expense management in channels / zones
Ensure profitability of the channel / zone
Develop Business plan and commercial evaluation for any current ventures & partnerships
Reporting to Board on various aspects pertaining to business
Monitoring of commission expense at partner level and channel level

Key Accountability
Responsible for monitoring and consolidation of Annual Operating plan.
Analyse and track operating expenses, Unit Costs and Expense Gap for various channels and the Company
Play a vital role for key/special projects that company may undertake in the areas of
Cost Management
New Investments especially Capex
New Partnership onboarding
Setting up of recent channels
Financial evaluation of current products
Acquisition / Merger opportunities etc




Ensure timely & accurate publication of performance management reports to Leadership team, channel heads and entire sales hierarchy to track daily sales and operations performance
Partnering with functions for viability assessment of various functional initiatives.
Alignment and delivery of Board KPIs and profitability relevant for the zone / channel
Manage product mix and expenses to ensure channel profitability
Identify unprofitable segment and discussion with sales heads to improve those areas
