Role responsibilities
Monitor and ensure implementation of quality standards at construction sites
Conduct regular site inspections for civil, structural, and finishing works
Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and checklists
Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and consultants for quality issues
Identify defects and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions
Ensure materials used at site meet required quality standards
Conduct testing and inspection of materials (concrete, steel, etc.)
Maintain records of site quality audits and inspections
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates residing near the Chakan area will be preferred.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
