Job Summary

We are looking for a Student Relations Officer to support students throughout their learning journey. The role involves communicating with students, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive student experience.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with students through phone, email, and other skilled channels.
Understand student requirements and provide appropriate information and guidance.
Follow up with students regarding enquiries, applications, documentation, and other requirements.
Maintain accurate and updated student records.
Coordinate with academic, admissions, and other internal teams when required.
Assist students with routine queries and ensure timely resolution.
Build and maintain qualified relationships with students.
Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with students.

Preferred Skills
Customer service or student support experience.
Valuable verbal and written communication in English.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
