Job Overview and Responsibilities
Provide analysis, design, and set up of Learning Technology system for all United employees. Create and deliver ad hoc and standard reports. Publish dashboard metrics. Create and manage post session/ recurring survey or other related metrics. Administer mentorship software (mentorcliQ). Support all learning initiatives set up for India Knowledge Center (IKC). In addition, may be asked to support the overall Talent Management and Learning Technology teams.
Manage setup of learning strategy initiative task for Learning technology team
Analysis, design and setup of tasks related to Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP) as required
Create/ deliver adhoc reports
Create and publish dashboard related to deployment, content, tracking etc
Create and manage recent and recurring surveys as required for sessions
Mentorship software (MentorcliQ) administration and maintenance
Support Overall Learning strategy and technology team initiatives
Whats needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree
2+ years in a learning administration or management role
Exposure to Learning Management Systems
Proficient using Microsoft Office.
Robust presentation skills.
Robust planning and organizational skills.
Ability to problem solve and provide solutions at first point of contact
Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
Must be fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
Cornerstone LMS and LXP experience
Familiar with United Learning Systems, experience with Service Now application.
