Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
MBA/BBA/BCA/B.Com/B.Tech or relevant qualification preferred.
6–7 years of professional experience with team-handling experience.
Candidates from US Staffing, US IT Recruitment, BPO, International BPO, Sales, or Customer Service backgrounds can apply.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and KPIs.
Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
Train, coach, and mentor team members.
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company processes and policies.

Target and KPI management experience.
