About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Manager – Enterprise Sales to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a sales hunter and strong closer with proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, SaaS, IT services, HR Tech, Recruitment Tech or Technology Sales.

You will be responsible for building an enterprise pipeline, engaging CXO-level stakeholders, managing the complete sales cycle and consistently achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new enterprise and corporate customer acquisition.
Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Generate opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals, events and networking.
Build and maintain a 3–5X qualified sales pipeline.
Engage with CXOs, CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, CTOs, CIOs and Business Heads.
Conduct discovery calls, product demos,



presentations and commercial negotiations.
Prepare proposals and close high-value enterprise deals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue/ARR targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reviews and sales forecasts.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales and Operations teams.
Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to building a high-performance sales team.

Required Experience & Skills
5–10 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Services, HR Tech, Recruitment Tech or Technology Sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong experience in new-logo acquisition and outbound sales.
Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers.
Strong CXO-level communication and relationship-building skills.
