Proficiency in MS Excel & spreadsheets
Fluent English speaking is mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Handle employee relations & HR operations
Supervise attendance, payroll & leave management
Develop and implement HR policies & procedures
Conduct interviews & coordinate onboarding process
Manage job portal postings & candidate databases
Handle employee queries and conflict resolution
Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records
Coordinate with management for workforce planning
