Job Title: Online Fitness Coach (Trainer)1. Role Overview
We are seeking a energetic and result-driven Online Fitness Coach to deliver personalized fitness programs, conduct engaging sessions, and ensure consistent user progress. The role focuses on virtual coaching, user adherence, and outcome-driven transformations.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Client Coaching & Session Delivery
● Conduct 1:1 fitness video sessions and/or group workout classes
● Design personalized workout plans based on user goals (weight loss, strength, mobility, etc.)
● Demonstrate exercises with correct form, posture, and safety
● Ensure progressive training and goal achievement

B. User Engagement & Adherence
● Drive regular follow-ups and motivation via app / calls / messages
● Ensure high user adherence and participation
● Address user queries, injuries, or limitations effectively
● Encourage long-term fitness habits

C. Progress Tracking & Plan Optimization
● Monitor user progress (weight, strength, endurance, flexibility)
● Modify workouts based on user feedback and performance




● Ensure safe and sustainable fitness progression

D. Platform Usage & Documentation
● Maintain session logs, user notes, and updates on CRM/App
● Track attendance and engagement metrics
● Follow SOPs and communication protocols

E. Session & Slot Management
● Maintain accurate availability on the coach calendar.
● Open and manage consultation slots as per agreed availability.
● Ensure punctuality and adherence to booked consultation timings.
● Mark session status accurately after every consultation.
● Inform the concerned team in advance regarding planned leave or slot closures.

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● Session completion rate
● User adherence & engagement levels
● Renewal / retention %
● User feedback & ratings
● Transformation outcomes (fitness goals achieved)

4. Eligibility Criteria
● Certification in Fitness Training / Personal Training (mandatory)
