Ensure effective and systematic production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet customer delivery commitments
Optimize capacity utilization and streamline level loading across manufacturing workstations
Ensure material availability and proactively mitigate shortages impacting production schedules
Drive production efficiency through inventory control and lean methodologies
Ensure adherence to Master Production Schedule (MPS) and improve overall operational reliability

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

Production Planning & Scheduling

Schedule production for different workstations by taking into account demand forecasts, operational priorities,



and available resources to ensure smooth and uninterrupted manufacturing flow
Perform level loading of manufacturing activities in a structured manner to maintain a balanced workflow across all work centres and avoid overburdening or underutilization
Plan and allocate work shifts efficiently by evaluating production requirements, workforce availability, and shift-wise capacity constraints
Align production schedules with the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure consistency between planning and execution

Capacity & Resource Management

Monitor and manage plant capacity utilization by continuously assessing machine loading, manpower allocation, and production efficiency levels across departments
Optimize resource allocation across machines and manpower in order to achieve maximum productivity while maintaining operational stability and quality

Ensure material availability for uninterrupted production by closely monitorin
