Responsibilities

Identify and comprehend the specific challenges or goals of the client in the solution integration, guide them through troubleshooting procedures, and offer actionable recommendations to effectively resolve issues.
Understand and explain technical API documentation to customers
Provide on-site support at or near client facilities when required
Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
Collaborate with the engineering team to bridge the gap between technical requirements and client implementation.
Coordinate with product teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests for continuous product improvement, proactively identify potential integration bottlenecks.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in information technology or technical support
Extensive familiarity with Windows operating
