Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to generate current business opportunities and drive sales for our Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, generating leads, conducting client meetings, and converting enquiries into successful orders.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and business opportunities for PEB projects.
Identify potential clients in industrial, commercial, warehouse, factory, logistics and infrastructure sectors.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, builders and project developers.
Visit clients and project sites to understand their requirements.
Promote the company's PEB and structural steel solutions.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Design,



Estimation and Engineering teams for suitable solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
Negotiate with clients and close sales/orders.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Track upcoming projects and monitor market and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, meetings and sales activities.
Coordinate with the project/execution team after order confirmation for smooth project handover.
Ensure good customer relationships and support post-sales requirements.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Experience: 1–15 years in Sales & Marketing / Business Development.
Experience in PEB, structural steel, construction, fabrication or building m
