About the role:
As a Tech Lead – Flutter, you will be responsible for driving the technical vision, architecture,



and execution of our mobile applications. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will continue to write production-quality code while also mentoring engineers, making architectural decisions, and setting engineering standards.
You will work closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and Business teams to translate complex product requirements into simple, scalable, and reliable mobile experiences.
You will have significant ownership across the mobile stack—from architecture and technical design to development, release, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering problems, has strong Flutter expertise, and wants to build and lead a high-performing mobile engineering function in a fast-paced product environment.
