Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Interview Support Executive who has hands-on knowledge of one or more technologies and can provide real-time technical support during interviews. The ideal candidate should have strong practical understanding of technical concepts, good communication skills, and the ability to quickly understand and respond to technical questions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide real-time technical interview support based on the candidate's resume and the .
- Handle technical questions, follow-up questions, and scenario-based questions during interviews.
- Support candidates across different technology domains depending on assigned requirements.
- Analyze the candidate's resume and to understand the expected technical areas before the interview.
- Provide accurate and relevant technical responses while maintaining consistency with the candidate's profile and experience.
- Assist with technical discussions involving coding, architecture, projects, tools, frameworks, and real-world scenarios.
- Stay updated with current technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry practices.
- Work effectively under pressure and respond quickly during live interview sessions.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy while providing interview support.





Required Technical Exposure Candidates should have strong experience in at least one of the following areas:

- Python / Python Full Stack
- Data Analyst
- AI/ML Engineer
- Data Scientist

Exposure to multiple technologies or domains will be an added advantage. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in a technical role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of at least one relevant technology/domain.
- Previous experience providing interview support is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and real-world implementation.
- Ability to answer technical questions quickly and accurately.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to understand resumes and Job Descriptions and align technical responses accordingly.
- Comfortable working in a night-shift environment .
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple interview-support sessions as required.

Preferred
- Hands-on development/project experience.
- Experience working with US-based technical interviews or international clients.
- Exposure to multiple technology stacks.
- Experience with live coding, technical discussions, system design, or project-based questioning.
