- BPO/ Customer service, or
- Any International Voice Process
- Knowledge or experience in AML & KYC preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred

- Resolve customer queries professionally
- Follow banking, compliance, and process guidelines
