Process: Voice Process | US Shift

We are looking for freshers to join our team as Case Processing Executives. The role involves coordinating between insurance companies/law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other medical facilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate with medical facilities to obtain patient medical reports after discharge.

Follow up with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and medical facilities for pending reports.

Ensure reports are received within the turnaround time specified by the client.

Communicate effectively with insurance companies/law firms and medical facilities.

Maintain regular follow-ups and provide timely updates on case status.

Eligibility Criteria

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Graduates and undergraduates can apply.

Candidates must be comfortable working in night/US shifts.





Good communication and follow-up skills are essential.

Salary & Benefits

CTC: Up to 25,000 per month

Monthly Incentives: Up to 7,000 gross

Fixed US Shift

Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off

Overtime Paid
