The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting US-based customers, providing support, and ensuring high-quality service. Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service through voice, support.

Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering transparent, accurate, and helpful information.

Maintain and update customer records as required.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Qualifications

12th Standard, or Graduate candidates can apply.

Both experienced candidates and freshers are welcome to apply.

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English.





Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.

Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts (US. shift hours).

Salary & Perks

Salary Range: 19,000 for Freshers & 30000 per month for experience (In-hand based on your interview and experience)
