Key Responsibilities
- Own endtoend I18N architecture across UI, services, APIs, data, and integrations
- Define I18N design standards, patterns, and guardrails
- Ensure platform readiness for
- Multilanguage support
- Localeaware date, time, number, currency handling
- Influence product and engineering roadmaps to avoid localisation debt
- Partner with UX, Product, QA, and Platform teams
- Conduct architecture and design reviews for I18N compliance
- Define I18N testing strategy (SIT, UAT, regression, automation)
- Identify risks early and guide mitigation across release cycles
- Mentor senior engineers and enforce architectural consistency
- Should have exposure to Legal and Financial requirement for the region
- Having exposure to distribution domain will be added advantage
