Role Description The Intern (Founder's Office) will support strategic initiatives and daily operations directly under the guidance of the founder in a full-time capacity. This hybrid role is based in India, with a combination of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and academic research, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating with university and industry partners, and assisting with program design and logistics.

The intern will help manage communication with stakeholders, contribute to process improvement,



and support planning and execution of student programs and events. The role offers exposure to leadership decision-making, education entrepreneurship, and international program development.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather, interpret, and present data clearly.
- Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in drafting emails, presentations, and concise reports.
- Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency with productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentations, and cooperative platforms) and comfort working with digital workflows.
- Candidates should possess a proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and in a small, collaborative team.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Economics, Data/Business Analytics, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in global education, international collaboration, and skill development initiatives for students will be highly beneficial.
