- Development of interior and exterior trims for four-wheeler automotive components

- Proven experience developing
- Pillar Trims, Door Trims, Instrument Panel (Dashboard)
- Front & rear Bumpers, Fenders, Seats, Consoles
- Gaskets, Rubber Hoses, Door Seals
- Plastic & Rubber Moulded components, Carpets, Insulations
- Perform zero-based costing for parts and tooling
- Manage supplier relations and contacts
- Drive APQP (Product Quality Planning) from concept through launch
- Manage and approve PPAP submissions and PPAP runs for new interior components
- Review technical specifications (drawings, GD&T;, material polymer grades)
- Conduct quality proving and validation trials at supplier site and in-house lab
- Support supplier qualification, identification, selection, and initial audits
- Travel to supplier sites for audits, development meetings, and quality/production issues
