? The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone with hands-on experience in high-end hotel interior fit-out projects and a robust understanding of custom furniture detailing and factory fabrication.< /p>

? **Key Responsibilities• Prepare detailed Shop Drawings & Fabrication Drawings• Furniture detailing – plans, sections, elevations & construction details• Prepare Material Requirement Sheets / Material Take-Offs• Prepare accurate Cutting Sheets for production• Coordinate drawings with Factory, QS, PMO &





Site Teams• Incorporate design revisions and maintain drawing control• Ensure drawings are practical and suitable for factory production & site installation• Assist in resolving technical/detailing issues during production• Prepare project-related documentation, schedules and reports

? Required Skills< /p>

✅ AutoCAD 2D & 3D – Mandatory

✅ MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint

✅ Strong knowledge of furniture/joinery detailing

✅ Understanding of materials, finishes, hardware & fabrication methods

✅ Ability to read and interpret interior/architectural drawings

✅ **Good attention to detail and accuracyPreferred: Candidates with experienc e in 5-star/luxury hotels, hospitality projects, custom furniture and factory-based interior production.
