Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Civil & Interior Designer to handle interior design projects, civil work coordination, site execution and client requirements. The candidate should have good knowledge of interior design, civil works, drawings and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare interior layouts, floor plans and working drawings.
- Coordinate and supervise civil and interior work at project sites.
- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable design solutions.
- Prepare BOQ, material requirements and basic cost estimates.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality and timelines.
- Conduct site measurements and inspections.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and other interior works.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues.




- Prepare project updates and coordinate with management/client.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of civil and interior design concepts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray or other design software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of construction materials and interior finishing.
- Good understanding of measurements, BOQ and estimation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle site work and multiple projects.

Qualification
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or Diploma/Degree in Interior Design/Architecture.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical/design knowledge may also be considered.
