We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Design Project Manager & Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, coordinate interior projects, and drive sales.

The ideal candidate should understand how interior projects work from customer inquiry to project completion and should be comfortable speaking with customers, coordinating with the internal team, and keeping track of every project update.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Handling

- Handle 20–30 customer inquiries and follow-up calls every day.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our interior design and modular solutions.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into projects.
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, designs, timelines, and next steps.
- Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.

Project Management

- Take ownership of assigned interior projects from start to completion.
- Keep track of what is happening with every project — design, measurements, materials, production, installation, and completion.
- Coordinate between customers, designers, site teams, vendors, and production teams.
- Ensure projects are progressing according to the agreed timeline.
- Identify delays or issues early and communicate them to the concerned team.
- Keep customers updated about project progress.
- Make sure customer requirements are properly communicated to the execution team.

Requirements




- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in interior design, modular interiors, project management, sales, or a similar role.
- Experience working in an interior design company is preferred.
- Good understanding of the interior/modular project lifecycle.
- Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
- Comfortable making 20–30 calls per day and consistently following up with leads.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and project management tools.
- Should be responsible, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of projects.

Who We Are Looking For We need someone who can sell the project and manage the project.

You should be someone who doesn't just pass a customer to the designer or site team, but takes responsibility for understanding the customer, closing the sale, tracking the project, coordinating with the team, and ensuring the customer receives regular updates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
