Key Responsibilities

Are you from accounting background? Do you know how to do reporting?

We’re looking for an finance professional to:

- implement accounting controls and manage their governance
- perform investigation, communication and resolution of the intercompany breaks
- perform any ad-hoc analysis required by stakeholders or senior management on relevant intercompany balances.
- compile and analyse financial information for Finance
- collaborate on continuous improvement of quality, efficiency and effectiveness of controls

The team You’ll be working in the Finance Data Services team in Pune. We provide intercompany reconciliation for Global close. This benefits our customer or stakeholders. As an intercompany financial analyst, you’ll play an important role in investigation, communication and resolution of the intercompany breaks for Global Close or Regulatory/Liquidity Reporting.

Your Skills And Experience

- Finance related education, with work experience of 0-2 years
- Banking experience with exposure to Regulatory reporting or product controllership would be an added advantage
- Expected to actively participate in projects and re-engineering initiatives to improve the processes with other counterparties across different divisions and regions
- Involved in the updation of policies and procedures and ensure that these are appropriately implemented
- Help the team implement a best practice control environment surrounding the Intercompany process
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written/verbal)
