About the Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and technically solid Integration Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting integrations between applications, platforms, APIs, and business systems.

You will work on real-world integration challenges, connect different systems and data sources, troubleshoot issues, and help build reliable solutions that support our products and clients.

We are looking for someone who thinks beyond simply writing code —someone who can understand a problem, figure out the best approach, use AI effectively to improve productivity, and take ownership of delivering a working solution.

What You’ll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between applications, platforms, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Build and work with REST APIs, web services, and data integrations .
- Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into reliable integration solutions.
- Develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimize integration workflows.
- Investigate integration failures, API issues, data mismatches, and connectivity problems.
- Work with JSON, XML, authentication mechanisms, webhooks, and other common integration technologies.
- Integrate internal systems with third-party applications and services.
- Monitor integrations and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Work with databases and SQL when required for integration and data-related tasks.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.




- Use AI tools effectively for development, debugging, documentation, research, and problem-solving while maintaining ownership and understanding of the final solution.
- Continuously look for ways to improve integration reliability, performance, and maintainability.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in integration development, software development, backend development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations .
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and authentication .
- Good programming and debugging skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL and databases .
- Experience working with third-party APIs and external systems.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to understand an unfamiliar system or codebase and figure things out independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills .
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and explaining technical issues clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data and system-to-system communication.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and knowing when and how to use them effectively.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to different integration requirements.
- Comfortable working in the EST time zone and collaborating with international teams.

Good to Have

- Experience with integration platforms or middleware.




- Experience with ERP, accounting, CRM, or other business-system integrations.
- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and Git-based development workflows.
- Experience working with APIs involving financial, operational, or business-critical data.
- Experience diagnosing production integration issues.
