Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop integrations between ERP, MES, SCADA, PLC/OT systems, WMS, PLM, QMS, IoT platforms, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain APIs, web services, middleware, ETL pipelines, and event-based integrations.
- Integrate shop-floor equipment and systems with enterprise applications using appropriate industrial communication protocols.
- Work with technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, MQTT, OPC-UA, TCP/IP, and messaging platforms.
- Analyze integration requirements and translate business/manufacturing requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor integration interfaces, troubleshoot failures, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Implement logging, error handling, alerting, retry mechanisms, and data validation to ensure reliable integrations.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and OT teams to integrate machines, sensors, PLCs, SCADA and MES systems.
- Support data synchronization between manufacturing systems and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.




- Develop technical documentation, interface specifications, data mappings, and integration architecture diagrams.
- Participate in testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure integrations comply with company security, quality, and data-governance standards.
- Work with vendors and third-party technology providers when required.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 06 Months - 2 years years of experience in system/application integration, preferably in manufacturing.
