Manager / Sr. Manager Key Account & Program Management

Location: Bangalore and Mumbai

- Experience: 610 Years (Healthcare/Health Insurance/TPAs)
- Role Summary: Own the end-to-end B2B relationship with partner insurance companies using our shared hospital network and tariffs. Oversee program execution, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational performance while driving account expansion.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for insurer partners, managing day-to-day program health and strategic alignment.
- Oversee onboarding, tariff integration, and continuous network access for insurance partners.
- Track and report operational metrics, including claim processing turnaround times (TAT), network query resolutions, and cost savings.




- Collaborate with internal network and case management teams to resolve systemic operational bottlenecks and escalated insurer queries.
- Lead governance meetings (weekly/monthly/quarterly) with insurer leadership.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Management, or equivalent.
- Proven track record in B2B account management or program management within Health Insurance, TPAs, or HealthTech.
- Robust analytical capability, contract negotiation skills, and stakeholder management expertise.
