Handle B2B voice calls with insurance agents, brokers, corporate clients, and business partners. Manage inbound and outbound calls related to insurance products, policies, renewals, and services.

Required Candidate profile

Please consider only graduates. 5 days WFO and 2 fixed weekly off (Sat & Sun). Shift - 6:30 PM to 3:30AM (should be adaptable working in extended hours).
