Ensure proper presentation and service of food and beverages.
Coordinate with the Kitchen and Front Office for smooth order and room service operations.
Attend to guest requests and complaints courteously and promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service areas, and room service equipment.
Follow proper billing, KOT, and order procedures.
Assist in restaurant setup, closing duties, and maintaining stock of service items.
Maintain skilled grooming, communication, and guest-service standards.
Follow hotel SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
