Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with business and organizational goals.
Drive Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Career Development initiatives for critical roles.
Identify high-potential employees and create Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Manage and strengthen the Performance Management System, including goal setting, reviews, and performance calibration.
Develop competency frameworks, career paths, and leadership development programs.
Partner with business leaders to identify critical talent gaps and future workforce requirements.




Design and execute employee development, assessment, and learning interventions in coordination with L&D.;
Track talent metrics such as retention, internal movements, high-potential talent, succession readiness, and leadership pipeline.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives for key talent.
Leverage HR analytics and employee data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
Work closely with HR Business Partners and functional heads to ensure effective implementation of talent initiatives.
