We are looking for an experienced and creative Team Leader to manage our Content & Media team and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the content and media team.
Allocate tasks and monitor daily work progress.
Plan and coordinate video production and content schedules.
Coordinate with Video Editors, Videographers, Presenters, Brand Strategists, and Content Managers.
Ensure content meets quality and brand standards.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects.
Review and provide feedback on creative outputs.
Identify areas for improvement in the content production process.




Motivate and guide team members.
Prepare regular performance and productivity reports.

Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Previous team-handling experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Valuable understanding of content creation and social media.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to solve problems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
