Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day supermarket store operations.
Supervise and coordinate store staff, including duty allocation and attendance.
Ensure proper stock availability, replenishment, and inventory control.
Monitor receiving, unloading, storage, and display of merchandise.
Conduct regular stock checks and minimize stock loss, damage, and expiry.
Ensure products are properly priced, labeled, and displayed.
Monitor sales, daily targets, and store performance.
Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.
Coordinate with suppliers and purchase teams regarding stock requirements.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper store presentation.
Monitor billing/cash-counter operations and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, wastage, and staff performance.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements are followed.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
