JD Duties and responsibilities
Setup, upgrade,



maintain our Global Jira Software, Service Desk and Confluence setup including cleanup activities, backup troubleshooting and indexing.
Ensure high availability and performance of the Global Jira and Confluence.
Install and configure add-ons and plugins as required.
Setup integrations to other software engineering tools as required.
Support users in on boarding, creation and modification of projects, issue types, permissions and roles, workflows, boards etc
Provide guidance on how to configure projects, workflows, boards to teams who are recent to Jira.
Gather the user feedback, evaluate the feedback and recommend and execute improvements.
Positive communication skills ,since client facing role
