Salary Range: 65,000 75,000 per month

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Summary:

Technopower Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Manager (Civil) to manage civil engineering functions for high-voltage transmission line and substation projects (132/220 KV). The role involves project costing, billing, monitoring, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) for civil works
Project costing and budget estimation
Handling client billing and ensuring timely submission
Monitoring and reviewing project progress for civil scope
Preparation of JMC (Joint Measurement Certificate)
Conducting site visits for quality inspection and compliance
Ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and timelines
Coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Performing regular field visits for project assessment




Reviewing and interpreting civil drawings using AutoCAD

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of 132 KV / 220 KV transmission line and substation civil works
Proven expertise in BOQ preparation, project estimation, and costing
Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD drawing and interpretation
Hands-on experience in client billing, measurement verification, and documentation processes
Valuable understanding of construction quality standards, codes, and safety practices
Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation/reporting tools
Robust communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure timely execution
Experience in electrical line and substation construction within a factory workplace or in other industries will also be considered.

Preferred Profile:
Prior experience in power transmission / infrastructure projects
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel for site inspections
